What People are Saying About This

From the Publisher

“Nothing is more important to the economic and political development of a democratic society, and especially of a developing nation, than the education of its citizenry. This book well documents this point and argues convincingly for the legislative measures and judicial interventions needed to make a quality education for all in African nations a reality. It should be read by all those involved in this effort.” (Thomas Kleven, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, USA)

“The book is a must read for students and practitioners alike.” (Wahab O Egbewole Professor of Law, University of Ilorin, Nigeria)

“Does a brilliant job of intricately weaving the intersections of law, jurisprudence and existing policy frameworks to unmask overlooked questions on education as a fundamental human right. This book will be of interest to educationist, governments, human rights lawyers, students and policymakers who are interested in understanding how multiple intersecting factors impact education in Africa.” (Josephine Jarpa Dawuni, Assistant Professor, Howard University, USA)
