This is my no holds barred account of how I lost 14 pounds in 7 days. In this book I explain day by day in a diary format, what I did to lose the weight. This diet and exercise plan is very hard, but if you want to lose 14 pounds in 7 days it has to be. If you are not ready to work really hard physically and mentally to regain control of your life, do not read any further. Go back to your unhealthy life or try some nicey, nicey fad diet that flatters your ego. I have not filled this book up telling you how being overweight increases the risk of cancer and heart disease or listing other facts and figures. You know all that already, otherwise you would not be considering buying this book. This book is not padded out with any waffle or nonsense, just the cold hard facts of how I did it and how you can do it too. Are you willing to commit to this 100% for seven days to change your life? If so buy this book and change your life. If not go and buy Fifty Shades of Grey or some other fiction book
