Her approach to the simplistic nature of counting calories made me realize that to lose weight, I needed to change my whole mindset about dieting in general. With this book, you will learn that you can eat the foods you actually enjoy as long as you stay within your caloric limit for the day. I no longer had to sacrifice my beloved carbs which was a godsend. Pires teaches you how to make the mind/body connection with your approach to eating and gives you the tools to be able to make smart decisions with indulgences along the way. She makes you realize how easy it is for you to stay on track towards your weight loss goal.
