About the Author

Hillary Saffran was born in Brooklyn, NY and now resides in Alaska. She has worked in education and the human services field. As a single parent of three children, she solved the need for extra income by becoming a birthday party clown, face painter, and balloon twister. As a result of her years as a children's entertainer, she created the CD "Musical Hugs for the Young Child." She is also a speaker, actress, singer, musician, comedienne, impressionist and ventriloquist. She believes she is Alaska's only ventriloquist at this time.
