This book will help you not give up your dream of feeling and looking better without becoming obsessive about food. Very good book, and blends well with the book 'The 7 Secrets of Slim People'.
After reading the first 32 pages, the eating methodologies made sense. I lost 10 pounds without 'dieting'. Since then, I've lost an additional 5 pounds, still without 'dieting'. The book goes into some self analysis where the reader decides what sets off binge eating for him/her. There are quite a few chapters on this topic. I still haven't finished the book, but I think it works.
