About the Author

Michael Tobias is the Director of Call Center Sales at The Insurance Academy being part of a Publicly traded company. He has consistently found himself in the role of trainer, speaker, and salesperson for most of his life; through positions as varied as Senior Commodities Broker, National Sales Director, and Entrepreneur. He has been able to build connections with people in various businesses across fifty states. Michael oversaw and built several call centers with up to and over 400 employees and produced over 170 million a year in insurance premium with 5 divisional offices. Michael was also responsible for building and aiding Health Benefits Direct to become a public entity in November of 2005. In his time with "Health Benefits Direct" and "The Insurance Specialists," Michael won countless awards such as the "Top Producing Agent of the Year" award; the "Top agency Manager" award (an award to the person whose agency produced the most business) and served as Director and Vice President of Sales and consultant to many viable call center operations in his field from the United States to overseas.
