I liked this book. The bad part about this book for me was trying to follow all the characters in the book. I couldn't really keep up with the fast changing pace. I had a hard time distinguishing between all the characters. Beside all the jumping around, I really enjoyed the book. The plot was excellent and the characters were really explained and gave me a good vision of what they looked like. I think the title is perfect for the plot of the book. A young girl that a runaway kid likes, is kidnapped, and the boy is the first person that everyone looks at for the dissappearance of the young girl. It makes you think and also gives you a good chance to make up your own resolution. This is a book that a lot of young readers should read or look into.

This was a great book. It really was but 1 certaint part that took place in the police station really grossed me out.I mean it was no biggie but I really could of done without it. By the way it involed katchup too.I had to put the book down because I was so disgusted. I really considered writing to Rosa Guy and asking her why, oh why did she invole that part. Plus the book had tons of hardly-nessasary curssing if you ask me.But really the book was great and realistic, read it.

This book is a decent mystery. It is entertaining and leaves the reader in suspense. It leaves without a clue so that you will be surprised. I don't think that they should have treated him the way they did , but overrall the story is pretty good.
