The authors appear uninformed. If they are well-versed on the subject they have found a way to disguise that fact, and additionally to make the book boring.

A practical guide to doing innovation. Lots of pithy stories, and easy to read. Unlike many business books, this one gives advice -- it doesn't just say 'hey, you have a problem.'
