I liked the cover very much. The author made his charactors in the book were like real people.
Very easy reading. The story made you feel like you were with the characters in the book. Allthough, there were some grammar and typing errors; it kept your interest through out the whole story.
Kirk has brought a gritty, bare-bones style of writing to this book, which creates characters and situations that are so real it feels as if you are watching a friend's home movies. He stirs up powerful memories of an era that still resonates with readers like me. I can't wait for more from this new, different, gritty realist. Kirk is the real deal.
