About the Author

Prof. Niranjan Pani is currently working as Professor in dept. of Public Administration at Utkal University. Additionally, he also acts as Coordinator of the Programme – Development Journalism and Electronic Communication. Further, Prof. Pani acquired M.A., M. Phil, Ph. D and D. Litt. degrees from Utkal University. To his credit he authoured and co-authoured 22 books in development and management field. Four books – Dance of Corruption and Women Power (Kunal Books, New Delhi), Secrets of Leadership- Lord Krishna in Mahabharata and Right to Information (SSDN Publication, New Delhi) are published recently. Till now sixteen candidates awarded Ph D degrees under his guidance. To add to it he published a number of papers in Journals ( National and International ) and he is currently the editor of Public Administration Review (ISSN- 2249-3360) published from the dept. of Public Administration, Utkal University and attended a number of National and International conferences. Dr. Sandhyarani Nayak ,Ph D , is at present working as Lecturer in Political Science in Dhenkanal Junior College. Dr Nayak got M.A degree in Public Administration (Utkal) and M. Phil degree in International Studies (JNU) and Ph.D in Public Administration (Utkal). Prior to teaching profession she was UGC research Fellow in the dept. of Public Administration, Utkal University. She published a number of papers in journals and edited book. Moreover to her credit she is a co-authour in a book India Story (Mahamaya Publication, New Delhi.) Pranab Choudhury is a Social Activist. To his credit he has M.A, , M. Phil and Ph. D degrees in Public Administration from Utkal University , Odisha. He published research papers in National journal.
