A Sound foundation for perfect health to flourish is a relaxed, peaceful, flexible, and energetic mind. Regular meditation is the best way to achieve this state of mind. I dare say without this state of mind you cannot have good health. In this way, meditation is the cornerstone of good health. The importance of meditation cannot be overemphasized.

Sitting mediation is, of course, the traditional way. There are all kinds of sitting meditations: Vipassana, the Gautama Buddha's personal way; guided meditation, where someone leads you on an imaginary journey; listening to the sounds of your immediate environment; jumping into the void; melting into the gap. Go for inner peace. Calm that run-away-bunny mind. Stay connected to the divine. As I'm a very active person with places to go and things to do, sitting meditation often feels like a luxury for me. I'm lucky that an angel pointed out a really convenient way for me to meditate. Let me share the story...
