This is my third Eyewitness Travel book, the other two being Loire Valley and Paris. This series is superior. The information is accurate and up-to-date, the organization of the materials allows fast access, and the illustrations are a bonus. I have relied on these books during two, separate trips that I took single-handedly, and it was as if I had a personal tour guide along for the trips. The website addresses are a plus for further research. The only constructive criticism I would offer is a specific street address for more of the mentioned attractions as I am a Google map-aholic, and it would make my print-outs of les centre villes plus vite! Unequivocal recommendation.

I always loved France and have lots of family memebers living there. even though I am American Egyptian i loved France too. So someone suggested this book to me and I read and was amazed by all the information and landmarks they put in this book. I highly recommend it if you are going to France. This is magnificent and wonderful
