About the Author

J.R. Mendez was born in Isabela, Puerto Rico, raised in Germany, and lived part of his youth in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He is an Army Veteran, and a career airline employee currently living in Hollywood, Florida. He has a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu, and attended university for six years. "Do You Want Coffee with Your Sugar?" is his second book.
