I have a stack of diet books next to my bed and the only thing thinner is my wallet. Until I read Dr. Nagler¿s Crash Diet. Finally, a diet doctor who isn¿t lying to me. I lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks for my high school class reunion on this diet.

I¿m a wrestler and staying in my weight class is hard for me. I¿ve tried to crash diet before but I end up feeling tired and grouchy. Now that I¿ve started using the programs in this book, I can crash diet just before weigh-in without braking any rules, and my energy levels stay up.

I wasn't hungry and I felt pretty good the 3 weeks I lasted on the diet. I dropped about 10 pounds and I'm happy. So far I've kept it off following the maintenance program, although the doctor says I'm probably going to eventually put all my weight back on again.

I work in a field where I have to keep my weight down, and this really works good for me. I like how the book gives specific plans for losing weight that are easy to follow. When my weight starts to go up, I can just do this and get it back down again.

This book finally explained thermogenic diets in a way that I can understand. And the different programs for fast weight loss make it clear to me that I can do this too. I really like the way the diets are presented in this book -- I know I can do this!

I tried this out after my doctor gave it his OK and I've been very pleased with the results. The book lays it all out very nicely so anyone can do this. Not only have I lost weight, but I've lowered my blood pressure too!
