Doggy Tales is an anthology of 5 stories by Tymber Dalton. It's an incredible collection of shapeshifter erotic romance stories that I flew through in no time at all. The stories are linked by common characters but each is unique in its own way. I absolutely loved each one of these stories. As these are all short stories. I can't give much away about any of them so I've decided to focus on the first & last stories in the collection. The first is titled Dog Walk. Ivan Biendino needs a run & not just a run on a treadmill or a jog down some hiking trail. His boss has given him the morning off & he decides to go to the largest park closest to his home & work, Ivan's a shapeshifter. He needs to escape the city, needs the freedom & openness of nature around him. So he drives to Hillsborough River State Park to run in his shifted form & feel the freedom of tracking, running, being free in the wild. Lindsey Martinez has recently returned to Tampa, where she was raised, after spending 5 years in Washington. Hillsborough Park is one of her favorite places to spend time. That same morning she decides to go for a run in the park. It's been so long since she's been there. Little does she know what's waiting for her there. As Ivan's & Lindsey's paths cross, the totally unexpected occurs. Outside forces intervene, putting both in harm's way. There's not just danger, but terror & life-threatening situations. Completely unexpected circumstances occur that change both Ivan's & Lindsey's lives in ways they could never have imagined. The action is non-stop. The romance is over-the-top hot. And the ending will leave you breathlessly anticipating the next story in the series. The second story I'll review, the last in the collection, is titled A Nearly Cat-astrophic Christmas. It's nearly Christmas, Tessa & Scudder Harris are throwing their first Christmas party as a couple. Tessa is nervous about the mixture of shapeshifters & unknowing humans who will be present. But as the evening progresses, Tessa relaxes. That is, until she sees her cousin, Kaylie, cozied up with a blond-haired, blue-eyed hunk. Frank Biendino is, coincidentally, Ivan's cousin. Tessa freaks out because Kaylie knows nothing about shapeshifters but Scudder calms her. What can happen in just one night? But the attraction between Frank & Kaylie is strong. Kaylie hasn't just had a lot of bad luck in the romance department. She's never really had any kind of luck with men at all. Now she thinks she's finally found a nice, hunky, normal man who isn't a freak. Boy, can first impressions be so very wrong! Just as the relationship between Frank & Kaylie starts to look promising, disaster strikes. Frank's convinced that Kaylie's the one for him. But, again, the totally unexpected happens, taking the reader on a roller coaster ride of unforeseen events, fear, terror & a totally unpredictable finale. The ending of this anthology is every bit as thrilling & satisfying as all the other stories in the collection. Ms. Dalton's a master storyteller & Doggy Tales is another example of her incredible talent. If you enjoy erotic paranormal/shapeshifter romances full of charm & enchanting twists & turns throughout, I give my Doggy Tales a five-star rating. It's a delightful anthology & I adored it. I think you will too. Thanks for reading my review & happy reading!

A great collection of short stories by Tymber Dalton. These stories all have a common thread, Shifters. Even though these stories are short, they are most definitely worth the read. Great chemistry between the main characters, and steamy times. Love the flow between all the stories. Will be hoping for more in this set of stories
