What a great book; I read it with my great-niece and we both loved it. We talked about it afterward and she definitely got the message that is being conveyed about bullying; she even opened up a little bit about some things that go on at her school with the other children. Adorable pictures too; excellent choice.

Engaging, colorful and imaginative! This book has it all, taking a look at a tough topic while remaining whimsical enough to appeal to even the youngest crowd. A must read for all school age children.

I loved the book "Don't Blame Hazel". What a spunky and fun character Hazel is. It's a great story, told in such a heartflet way. Hazel is different, but the lesson is it's ok to be different . It's not okay to be a bully. My kids were on the edge of their seat. The story was a perfect way for them to really get a taste of bullying. I recommend this book for not only your home library, consider getting one for your school and local library. I love Don't Blame Hazel, it is our new favorite book
