This book is a delight to read. Each section provides proven, useful tips with real-life examples of marvellous matchmaking compared to friendship failures. You can read the chapters in sequence or separately. I read it with my lunch and immediately apply the lessons learned when I go back to my desk or walk down the hallway and pass a colleague. I drove to Rhode Island to hear Judith Bowman speak, and I can asure you that she practices what she preaches. Outstanding!

I have read every etiquette book I have been able to get my hands on. My library has become quite extensive over the years. By far, 'Don't Take the Last Donut' is the best book I have read in years. Judith Bowman's advice and real-life stories was a great way to get the reader to understand and remember business etiquette. It was a true pleasure to read the first and second time.
