About the Author

Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Errick A. Nunnally served one tour in the Marine Corps before deciding art school would be a safer--and more natural--field. He always strives to develop his strengths in storytelling and remains permanently distracted by art, comics, science fiction, history, and horror. Trained as a graphic designer, he studies Krav Maga and Muay Thai kickboxing in his spare time.

Trisha J. Wooldridge reviews dining establishments in Faerie for her local paper, much to the natives' confusion. She often gets injured while trying to ride her horse, save the planet, interview famous movie and music people, or wear heels. She swears she loves her Husband-of-Awesome for more than his health insurance (he's also pretty cute). Her work has been in two EPIC Award-winning anthologies Bad-Ass Faeries and UnCONventional. Her debut novel, The Kelpie, comes out in December 2013.

Anthony Francis studies human and other minds to help design intelligent machines and emotional robots. By day, he works at the Search Engine That Starts With A G, and by night he writes science fiction and draws comic books. He's the author of the award winning urban fantasy novel Frost Moon and its sequel Blood Rock, both starring magical tattoo artist Dakota Frost.

Susan Mittmann started out in engineering but ended up with a master's degree in psychology. She started out as a credentialed professional working with preschoolers through teens, but ended up volunteering as a Girl Scout Leader, FIRST robotics coach, and all-around mom. When not busy with kids or writing, she can occasionally be found dipping chocolate truffles or riding a unicycle somewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jody Lynn Nye lists her main career activity as spoiling cats. She lives northwest of Chicago with one of the above and her husband, author and packager Bill Fawcett. She has published more than forty books, including seven contemporary fantasies, five science fiction novels, and four novels in collaboration with Anne McCaffrey, including The Ship Who Won. Her latest books are Dragons Deal (Ace), the third in Robert Asprin's Dragons series, View from the Imperium (Baen), and Myth-Quoted (Ace).
