I've lost 43 pounds in 14 weeks on Take Shape For Life.  Dr. Andersen has the key to success in changing our minds in how we eat and how to keep it off.  Love this book and program!!!

I absolutely love this book! An easy read that is so inspiring! Dr A helped me to step back and look at what getting healthy is all about. I felt like he was talking TO me personally. Really making sense to change my focus from the old way of dieting to begin to first think about what I want in my life and then getting support and having a plan to go and get it! Excited about my future!
