I really enjoyed this book. It was really amazing, and full of fantasy. I warn you though, the beginning was a bit boring, and it took me a while to actually get to the exciting part. Overall though, it was very good and I had a lot of fun witht the book.

I really enjoyed this book, its an exciting story about a girl who lives at a riding stable where they train dragons instead of horses! She wants to be a dragonrider, but she has to overcome many obstacles before she can see her dreams come true! This book is full of excitement and emotion, and i will recommend it to all my friends!

When I first say this book, I couldn't wait to read it. Now, afterward, I wish I had borrowed it from the library. It's good and all but...it's missing something. It's a lot like Eragon, but more....childish. I love books about dragons, but the way I picture them is different. I dont think humans should have to guide the dragons and stuff like that, and they shouldnt have to wear bridles. I think that they should be able to talk. I mean really...if dragons are so 'advanced', why cant they speak to humans? I think it'd be awsome! But no, this book doesn't have that, and probably never will.... Either way, this book was not very well written, in my opinion, but it was a good story, and somehow Cara reminds me of myself....

In my opinion, I found this story boring at first and it took forever to get to the exciting part. I also found it annoying that Cara would not ride the dragon, when her father told her not to. Overall, the book was average.
