This book depicted the truth in today's young women who think that sex is love bringing yet another mouth to feed into the world with hopes that the child could do what she couldnt do by giving her self worth.

'Drama and Then Some'...what an appropriate title for this intriguing and filling novel! Our journey with Kaka takes us from one extreme to the other as she makes mistakes, takes risks and finally finds the gift of being true to herself and her faith. I definitely enjoyed the story very much and after some editing and grammatic corrections, this novel would move from being 'recommended' to the 'outstanding' realm. Kudos to Ms. Puddyn for keeping it realistic with loads of entertainment in her debut novel!

This book opens up with drama. Then continues with drama. Around the middle of the book, I didn't think I could take any more drama. In the midst of all the drama is little KaKa and her faith. The ending of this book comes together beautifully.

I can't believe how realistic this book was. This novel travel so deep into my family history that I thought the author was living in my behind. I picked this book up on a friday night and ended up staying awake all night to finish it. I can't wait to see how the author tops this one.

Ms.Puddyn I MUST SAY DRAMA AND THEN SOME IS SO TURE TO LIFE, I AM FROM THE HOOD AND THIS BOOK UNFOLDS A REAL LIFE STORY. Ms. puddyn really put life out their in its rawest form, if you would agree that life does happen. All the things that kaka goes through are issue after issues even her bushes with near death and you would think that she would just grab life by the bull horns and want to live. Everthing in this book is life, if you are true to the life style in the hood you would say yes Ms. puddyn has visit or lived in the hood every issue is true to life. i would put Drama And Then Some on the self as a real life urband read. ps Ms puddyn i am waiting on your next book

I LOVED this book!! The author was able to tap into both the dangers of low self esteem, and the benefits of seeing ourselves as God see's us, In this book Kaka did as she pleased, and suffered the consequences, But when Kaka looked to someone greater then herself, and the men in her life, she finally found the Love, and Happiness that she had looked in all the wrong places for. This book truly exposed god's undying Mercy & Grace.

This was a good read. It dealt with KaKa's journey through childhood to adulthood. We all probably know a KaKa. The author dealt with real life situations. An ordeal that happen while KaKa was a preteen had a lot to do with her character. She holds a lot of deep secrets that her parents were not of aware of. She acts out flaunting her body, living a fast pace life having babies after babies. She wants to be loved but, seem to be attracted to men with drama. The author brings it raw to describe KaKa but, like my headline reads, You have to know my past to see my future. You will be on edge chapter after chapter wondering what will happen to KaKa next. Will her family get through there own drama? Is there a light at her tunnel? Will she ever find true love? Will her drama ever end? You will have to read this book to find out what really happen to this family. 'Reading Is What We Do' Newport News, VA

Wow, what can I say, This author really has a wild imagination. I found myself reading this book in a day. I couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I would say that this author is going to have a great future in writing if she writes a sequel to this one.

For a fictional novel, it was so realistic. It keeps you wanting more, asking more questions. By the end of the book, you feel like you know all the characters. On all levels, you could relate to her struggle with being molested, men, God, etc. I can't wait for the next one!!!
