About the Author

Tara Dale is the cofounder of Yoga Tree, a chain of yoga studios in the San Francisco area that provide workshops and a teacher training center with offerings from top instructors from around the world.

Dale grew up competing in various horse competitions in her home state of Missouri and attended the University of Arizona, graduating with a degree in media arts and communication. After brief stints in advertising and event planning, she fell deeply in love with yoga and launched her own studio. A few years later, she met Tim Dale and together they opened the first yoga studio in what would become Yoga Tree.

Dale ultimately wrote Dream Out Loud to help others break free of the small, boxed-up reality they may have settled for and realize their heart's desires.
