I've found this book to be enormously helpful as a source for creative journal writing but you must have a high tolerencefor the New Age. The author is a professional intuitive not a licensced psychologist so take the publisher's "Psychology" tag with a handful of salt. The book gets a half star taken off for misappropriation of scientific terminology. Hmph.

Most disappointing Dummies book I have ever seen. Information is very limited for a complex subject. I would have given it zero stars, but that was not an option. Do not buy this book!!!
