This is the best pilates DVD I've seen in awhile. There's a great variety of challenging pilates exercises. Suzanne ups the intensity by limiting the rest between exercises. She also makes things more interesting by putting little "twists" on traditional moves to make them more challenging. Reverse push ups were a killer! Suzanne is a friendly, down to earth instructor. She cues well and even though the pace of the workout is a little faster than usual, you never feel rushed. You get a great workout with every segment. As with all the 10 minute solution workouts, you can do an individual 10 minute segment or program the DVD to play the segments in any order. I'm at the intermediate level and I think this is a great choice for intermediate/advances exercisers.
