I bought Power Body: Kettlebell Bootcamp with Angie Miller and just could not keep up with the beginner video even though I powerwalk 5k three or four times a week. ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS KETTLEBELL 3-IN-1 was much better. Even though I was breathing heavily after the squats at the end of a cycle I was able to complete the routine. I really enjoyed the physical dynamics of using the kettlebell and the explosive movements are core and glute intensive. This program nicely compliments my powerwalking and total gym workouts. I am 56 year old man and I am using 15 pound kettlebell; my advice is to buy a kettlebell LIGHTER than you THINK you can use and go heavier later rather than sooner.

This is a great DVD because the three sections work so well together. The introduction with how to perform the moves with kettlebells is very clear and easy to follow. The beginner's workout is at exactly the right level with enough challenge to get a good workout but not so difficult as to be intimidating. And the intermediate workout is a nice step up-increasing both in duration and challenge of the moves included. Although the music is not from a popular song, it's not cheesey as in some other workout DVDs. Definitely worth the price if you want to work out with kettlebells
