*Great DVD for family night. *Funny storyline, and a fantastic follow-up DVD to the first chipmunk adventure. *The chipmunks have their work cut out for them trying to survive as the "super stars" that they are. Get your movie snacks and be prepared for some chipmunk hi-jinks and some sometimes inappropriate language and behavior. Alvin and the Chipmunks: the Squeakquel was entertaining and engaging.

I went to see this movie with a younger audience but ended up laughing and enjoying it much more than I thought. I thought that the story was sweet, and that the characters carried over nicely from the first film. I also thought that it was very appropriate for the younger audience but provided some humor for the older audience as well.
