Both the AM and the PM sessions are very well narrated, calming, and relaxing. I bought this as a video several years ago and at some point discovered that the AM session relieves my migraines, which originate at my neck and the base of my head. If I go through this video early enough, at the onset, I am completely pain-free by the end of the session -- no more headache, no nausea. It has been such a phenomenal aid, I bought a backup copy on DVD.
Great if you want to meditate at home. Both are about 25 mins... Do one in the morning and one at night. or whenever you want really... it's crazy how you can just float away and then look at the screen and you didnt even realize it turned into a cloud or a mountain or a stream...
