'And this one time, at band camp...!' Say what you will about these movies, but despite their crude nature, they are without a doubt pretty funny. I remember the first time I saw the original one. My buddy and I were working to get him moved into a new apartment, and after a long day of doing that, we just wanted to kick back and relax & have a good laugh. He had just rented the first movie at Blockbuster the night before, and we wound up ordering a pizza or something like that and then watching the movie, and we were both reeling. We had some good laughs throughout it, and we made sure we saw the others after they released. I kinda felt they went too far in releasing all of those extra Band Camp movies and whatnot afterward, but as for these original 3 movies, I got a kick out of them. The whole cast did very well, and pretty much landed many of these actors careers, such as Jason Biggs and Sean William Scott. Despite how much I enjoyed these movies, I don't, as of right now, own any of them. I think I owned at least the first 2, but they either got stolen and/or ruined or something not long ago. I am thinking that I am going to have to invest in these once again at some point. Good times!

These movies seem as though they would be a lot of fun. However, the plot line is entirely predictable and the main idea of the movie is not altered even in the least- which is bad because who really wants to sit through stupid jokes and sexually frustrated boys for three whole movies? American Pie movies are not worth the 99 cents rental fee.
