Jesse Dylan's American Wedding rounds up the characters from the American Pie films for a trip to the altar. Jim (Jason Biggs) proposes to Michelle (Alyson Hannigan). Hoping to make the wedding day as special as possible for his bride, Jim enlists the help of his friends Finch (Eddie Kaye Thomas), Kevin (Thomas Ian Nicholas), and the always obnoxious Stifler (Seann William Scott) to help him convince a dressmaker to create the perfect gown, make a good impression on his future in-laws, and assist him in getting out of the embarrassing situations in which he so often seems to find himself. Stifler and Finch battle for the attention of Michelle's younger sister Cadence (January Jones), Jim's Grandmother objects to the wedding because Michelle is not Jewish, and Stiffler's poorly timed surprise bachelor party are just some of the obstacles that must be overcome before the happy event can transpire.

As far as comedy's go this is the best movie I have seen, you will laugh non-stop. This movie makes the first two seem dull and lifeless. It's a must see or buy it and share will all your family and freinds.

One was funny as hell, Two was pretty tolerabe, but Three....was just miserable! It just wasnt the same. Stifler was the funniest in part 1 and 2, but in this one he wasnt even amusing.I would not recommend this to anyone.

American Wedding was a hilarious finale for the trilogy. I thought it was the best of the 3 films. It had a lot more of Stifler's outrageous wordage and Jim's embarrassing moments. The laughter starts from the very beginning when Jim proposes to Michelle at a fancy restaurant. There were a couple downers as Finch once again hooks up with Stifler's mom (kind of old) the two Asian guys (don't know who they are) still adoring her. That's the reason for a 4 instead of a 5. The icing on the cake, though, was the bachelor party that Stifler holds at Jim's house. Everything goes down the drain when Jim accidentally brings Michelle's parents, who he is trying to impress, back to the house in the middle of the bachelor party.
