The yoga portion was not what I expected; it was stretching legs on the floor. The strengthening portion includes plies and squats like most videos. The bellydance portion is slow hip circles and chest circles, then some arm work. If you have done bellydance videos before, it is pretty slow. The video includes interesting discussion of ancient and middle eastern pregnancy experience. The doctor interviews are about natural home birth rather than hospital birth. This video does not make me sweat or raise my heartrate much. But I feel benefits from doing different kinds of stretching and I feel relaxed and refreshed afterward.
