It's a good thing that Basquiat is a pretty interesting movie that chronicles the life of the artist and his rise to fame after meeting Andy Warhol, because the DVD has no extras beyond the film itself. Disney could have been very creative adding documentaries or galleries of his artwork, however, they didn't. This DVD is only for die-hard fans of the film.

Basquiat 4.5 out of 5 based on 0 ratings. 2 reviews.

Filled with the romances, triumphs, failures and everything in between of the life of Jean-Michel Basquiat who had a great talent but whose self-destructiveness ultimately won out, working along the parasitic New York art scene.

This movie was quite good. Of course the reason I saw it was for Courtney Love, however this movie was well done, and impressed me. Courtney Love beautiful as always.
