This was fantastic! I was winded the first time, I almost didn't get through it. But it just kept getting a little easier. I do one of the workouts almost every morning, they're only about 30 minutes. The difference is phenomenal. I feel better, my breathing is deeper and less labored. And I'm stronger and slimmer in places I didn't even think about before working out. I just wanted slimmer abs, butt, and legs, but my shoulders and arms are absolutely gorgeous. I noticed the upper body change in a week; and, my legs, although not where I want them yet, seem more shapely less giggly, sculpted and elongated, which is important for any woman, but especially me since I'm 5'11'' and all legs. I have 20 pounds to lose, and I'm so excited about the way I look I haven't even stepped on a scale. It's only been two weeks! Get this one.

Great workout! Combined with the bonus waistline workout, I worked every muscle in the abdominal area and without doing crunches!

I love this workout. For a couch potato that decided to become active, this did the trick. This is fun and it doesn't feel like a workout. I even look forward to my workouts, where as before I absolutly hated to do any kind of physical activity. I highly recommend this to anyone that hates to excercise. And the twins make it fun and easy but effective. People have notice the results, especially my husband!!!

The basic moves workout will introduce you to bellydance and get you excited about getting started, while the fat burning workout gets your cardio going without you even realizing it since you're having so much fun dancing! After the fat burning workout, my calves were really sore because you're on your tiptoes alot. Remember to stretch the calves out after the workout, not just before. I became addicted to bellydancing workouts after this and I own 3 Veena and Neena DVD's now! One shortcoming is that Veena and Neena don't talk enough on the ''Veena and Neena audio commentary'' option, but what they do say is interesting (about how they got started, where different dances originated, etc.).

Nice basics and a good low-impact way to exercise. The twins make it look easy, so don't get discouraged if you don't look like them your first time through the video!

For fun and fitness, I wanted to take Belly Dancing lessons and decided to buy a DVD to ''cheat'' a little before starting the class. I searched for weeks before deciding on ''Bellydance Fitness for Beginners: Basic Moves'', and I LOVE IT! The music is great; just makes you want to move even if you don't know how! Veena and Neena wear tight-fitting clothes so you can clearly see the moves they're doing. Considering that I'm completely uncoordinated, have no balance and UNLIKE the song ''the rhythm is going to get you'' ... it didn't get me... until this DVD, this is a great introductory DVD for beginners! After each chapter of the DVD, you can watch one of the sisters in full costume perform as the credits roll. As first I freaked out thinking it was the end of the DVD after only 30 minutes but realized it was just the end of the chapter. Great way to see how the moves are put together and what else is to come in learning belly dancing!

This whole series is great. They're great, fun workouts. Even though VHS is kinda a pain in the butt, I would stick with the VHS versions. I had the VHS versions already and decided for ease and the extra features to invest in the DVDs. The DVDs are extremely picky about the players you put them in. (We have 2 DVD players in my household, one won't play them at all, the other plays but the picture is jumpy.) The VHS versions will play in ANY player, and the picture is a lot smoother.
