This video was very simple to do for the first time, especially compared to other bellydance videos I have tried. If you are a beginner bellydancer, this tape is for you. A great leg workout!

Finally bought my own copy after doing back-to-back checkouts from my local library. It's fun, engaging, encouraging and.. a bit of a workout. I did not know that you could do ab work standing up, but believe me you can AND you will feel it the next day. I'm planning on getting their other bellydance dvds as well.

These girls are really good at what they are doing and make it fun to watch. This video is fast pace and I found it more of a workout then bellydancing instruction, even though the moves are bellydance related.

I recently purchased this video. It took me a time or two to get the movements down since they were new to me. I found that the video gave me a great workout. My arms were sore the next day. I loved having a workout video that was different. It is a lot of fun and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new way to stay in shape.

slim down is a great way to tone your body, in my experience with slim down, my calf muscels are completely tone, no more jiggely fat right there like under arms. Slime down is challenging at first but it is fun and exciting to do. after a while you will be toning the hardest places to tone, without even knowing.

My scale says I lost no weight, but my pants are falling off me, so apparently this tape does work. I think it's fun and I would definitely recommend it.

I loved moving to the beat of drums and found this a super easy dance tape since the camera keeps moving around the twins so that you can see the movements from many angles, and since it is quite repetitive most people will find it easy. Couldn't keep a smile off my face as I did the dancing in front of the mirror! Tons of FUN! GREAT WORKOUT!

I'm a student and dont really have time to go to a gym...I've always been interested in belly dancing so i thought i'd try out this dvd...eventhough it is only 30 minutes long it's totally worth it...its fun and it makes you feel good about yourself...its a great workout and it makes you sweat...i couldnt stop smiling while doing the workout :)...the music is great and really puts you in the mood...i TOTALLY recommend it :)

I've always found bellydancing to be a form of exercise that makes you really sweat. This DVD does all of that and more.

When I first got this I enjoyed it.I didn't sweat much.But my heart rate went up.The DVD is to short for you to break a sweat.Title says it all.FOR BEGINNERS.But overall recommended.

I love the art of Bellydancing. I have a friend who bought the DVD I ask to borrow it enjoyed it and now I've mastered some techniques which I use at the gym in the bellydaning class. Its Great!!

I bought this video because I wanted to complement 'Basic Moves'. The video is OK and amusing, it only takes some time to do all the steps right, but with practise it becomes easier. I do not intend to be a big expert on Egiptian dance, so this series are fine to me. I intend to buy the video 'Hips, Buns & Thigs'.

Neena and Veena do not offer the style and technique of authentic bellydancing. This is a very disappointing video that is not recommended for people who know the difference in style and authenticity. Opt for the real Arabic style instead...

This is the absolute worst video I have ever wasted my money on... The girls doing the video don't even talk, another lady not on screen talks the whole time... It did nothing for me, I laughed through the whole video watching these two act like they know what they are doing. Horrible horrible horrible!!! P.S. ... What more can I say. Loved it. The sensual movements... the rhythmic beat of the drums... This tape was fairly easy and I could feel the burn in my shoulders, arms and calves throughout this exercise. Low impact aerobics which is good for me since I have a ''bad'' knee. I thought this video looked really fun, and decided to give it a try even though I am not the most coordinated dancer. It started out easy enough, but the camera does not stay on their feet enough to get a good sense of what your feet should be doing. That made it difficult for a beginner dancer to follow. I don't see this tape as a weight loss aid...but if it was more instructional on the foot movements, it would be an easy guide to beginning belly dance.

It would be a great and fun video if they would slow down some of the moves and say which leg to move forward and cross back. Both are moving so fast you can't see which legs are suposse to be moving at what times. They need better instructions!

This is my first belly dance video and I thought it was a bit too easy. The entire session was about 35 min. which included warm up and cool down. In conclusion, if you need to learn belly dance and slim down with this video, you'll need to do it twice a day.
