A great story to make you remember that life is just not about work. Be a kid once in awhile. I forgot about the movie for over 10 years then rediscovered it a few months ago. It brought a smile to my face. My 2 grandsons, 8 and 10 love it. We ave watched it three times together, at their request! And for the stuff shirts, it has social redeeming values, it makes you laugh and feel good.

This movie allows for escapism from everyday life and strife. I would recommend owning this to anyone who just wants a little respite from life!

The movie Big is a classic movie that all people should see. There is something in Big for all ages. For the kids there is a laugh and a fun story, for adults the same applies but the movie also portrays a child living out the role of his super-ego. The super-ego is the part of the human unconsciousness that wants to do everything now, and not wait till later. In the case of Tom Hanks, we see a child grow up overnight and take on the tasks of an adult now instead of later. Definately a movie to see.

This is one of those movies that I just love to come back to. It's fun to see the way someone gets that chance we all want - to design toys and give honest feedback. Always reminds me to work at a place that is interested in real opinions and is fun, not just a bunch of suits. Always fun.
