This music is written by conductor Lalo Schifrin. It's sung in Nahuatl, and the booklet has a transliteration of that language as well as translations in English and Spanish. I like his music a lot, but don't expect diatonic harmonies and pretty melodies. The singers do very well, as does the large chorus and orchestra. It's performed at the base of the Pyramid of the Moon in Teotihuacan, but it's hard to see the pryamid, even with the colored lights on it. The sound is good for an outdoor live show, but the picture isn't so good.
