I just purchased and tried this workout three days ago and I must say I am very impressed with the variety of cardio, toning, pilates, core and yoga. Like Tanja says you get it all. The scenery for one is very uplifting as well as Tanja. The workout does cover everything (although the cardio segment could have been a little longer)but other than that the workout is wonderful and I felt nicely worked out. As for Tanja she is not only inspiring, she is funny and encouraging just when you wnat to give up. Also, I would like to add I LOVE the added 30 minute workout, it is a quick and efficient calorie burner. A definite keeper...
I use the 30 minute express workout alone when pressed for time or combined with a jog and divided into either the leg/cardio or arm/ab sections. The bonus core cardio workout is maybe 15 minutes long and intense (for me). The directions are clear and it is easy to follow along with the moves. I've been using workout videos and aerobic and yoga classes for years and I enjoy the novel moves Tanja employs like hamstring curls in a modified down-dog. Fun workout!
