The footage on the DVD appears to be filmed in the 1970's. With a topic where technological advances are so important, do not waste your time being misinformed! So many things that they show are outdated or obsolete. Not only that, but it is filmed in a way that is so not comforting. Please go to a childbirth class or just read good books about childbirth rather than watch this horrible DVD.
