I found this workout slow and not challenging at all. I exercise 7 days a week and was looking for something to add to my workout - this was the wrong choice. If you exercise regularly with cardio and weights, you won't find this workout challenging at all. I was bored and felt like I hadn't accomplished anything at the end of it.

Boot Camp has great fluid cardio moves and segmented weight work that flows smoothly. The hardest part is the push ups (three series), and the ab work is brief yet effective. Perfect for a.m. before work workouts.

WOW!! If you're looking for a video to get you up and going...and going....and going then you're ready for Boot Camp!! I started out doing just segments and worked my way through the whole thing. You'll definitely feel it.

This is a fantastic video - I was using an elliptical machine at home, but missed the ''total body conditioning'' classes I used to go to when I belonged to a gym. THis made up for it. I may buy another similar video from crunch only because I've used this one so much, I feel like I could lead the class myself. I need some variety! I was so enthusiastic about it that my husband does it with me on the weekends!

I really enjoy all of the Crunch workout videos. Boot Camp really works your entire body and you really get your heart rate up. The instructor is great and keeps you motivated.

I have been working out for many years doing aerobic so I thought I would try muscle toning workouts. This is a terrific workout. It gets your heart pumping and gives you some great muscle toning exercises. Susan is a terrific instructor. Very easy to follow.

This is definitely a good work-out. Very motivating - not too much - not too little. The whole group is great. Real people. And Susan is a very down to earth instructor.
