Really great instructor. Teaches the moves well. I get a great workout and learn some Latin steps while I'm at it. Very good warmup and cool down.

This is my favorite DVD, and I have tried a lot. Giselle is a lot of fun and is very motivating. Because you are learning dance routines, you don't focus on the fact that you're working out and the time flies by. I love doing these dances and I always have fun when I use this workout, which I do almost every day!

This was such a great tape! Giselle, the leader, was very motivating, and the music was great. The combinations were fun too. This brings out the dancer in everyone.

I tried this workout, and made myself do it till the end. Firstly, Giselle does not speak properly, and you cannot understand a word she says. Other than that, the background music is so loud, that even if she DID speak clearly, you wouldn't be able to heat it anyways. Secondly, there is absolutely no step-by-step in this workout. You have to follow the instructor like a little puppy, trying to keep up with the moves. I tried it the first, second, and third time, hoping that it would get better, but it didn't. If you want something that is fun, understandable, and interesting for a person of any level, I would suggest getting Paula Abdul's get up and dance DVD instead. I would throw the Cardio Salsa DVD out, but that would mean that not only was it a waste of money, but it was a complete loss of fitness too.

The steps were a little hard to follow - and I consider myself to be a quick learner when it comes to dancing. I never was able to really get my heart rate up because I was too busy focusing on the moves and transitions.

This workout isn't any work at all! Giselle is a fabulous instructor who keeps you in a fun state of mind. It's so much fun, I'm sorry when it's over. After I got used to these Latin dance moves, I couldn't get enough of them. It's extremely low impact, but keeps you moving and burning. I'd reccomend it for anyone of any fitness level. It's a good workout to get you into fitness safely as a beginner, and a fun, even relaxing, workout for the highly active.
