There are some non-kickboxing moves that are too slow and when she does the demonstrations, I just kick it up a notch.
This workout would have been better had there been more kickboxing and less dance moves. When she does focus on the kickboxing, I felt like I was getting a very good workout, but then she'd throw in some dance moves that took away from the hi-impact exercises.
