I have really enjoyed this exercise DVD. There is an very easy to learn tutorial section and the dance routines are fun to do, even if you find yourself making mistakes and falling over your own feet. The dancers are very good but not intimidating, so I have been inspired to continue.
Easy and fun! You just need good, thick, training sneakers for all the cha cha steps. Appropriate for everyone, including beginners and seniors. Stella's fun sets, music, and guidance make this my favorite exercise video.
I enjoy dancing so this was a great find for me. If done right you'll break a great pound sheading sweat!
