I love to dance, but I hate aerobic workouts. This program is wonderful and the host keeps me motivated and smiling. All the steps are broken down and then incrementally added on and sped up until you're jamming. I always have so much fun that I'm amazed at how much I sweat during the workout. I've lost and continue to lose weight and am developing definition in my arms, stomach area and thighs... and all from shaking my caboose! I would recommend this tape to anyone who hates exercising but loves dancing.
