This is the first video I ever bought from Denise and she quickly became my favorite 'trainer'. I do not have a very long attention span and this video is the perfect length for me. Long enough for me to feel good and energized but short enough for me to be able to maitain my busy schedule. I also really enjoy the fact that I didn't have to go out and buy equipment to be able to use it. I end up using this video 6 times a week because I enjoy it so much. I actually look forward to it when I am on my way home! Not only did I notice my buns and thighs getting toner but my arms, back and abs as well! Go Denise!
This video was a bit of a disappointment. It is not designed for beginners. Denise Austin moves quickly through differnt poses without stressing proper technique. Doesn't feel like yoga. Denise Austin does not stop chattering throught workout.
