Peter Davison stars as time-traveling adventurer Doctor Who in this four-episode serial from the perennially popular British science fiction series. Doctor Who: The Visitation finds the doctor accidentally making his way back to 1666 while trying to escort Tegan (Janet Fielding) to the airport. Once they arrive in the past, they learn a terrible plague has been devastating London, and dashing criminal Richard Mace (Michael Robbins) tells the doctor strange tales of unusual lights in the sky and unusual strangers. As Doctor Who looks into the phenomenon, he begins to wonder if the trouble is the doing of extraterrestrial visitors. Doctor Who: The Visitation was originally aired in February of 1982.
