Three of Eddie Murphy's biggest hits are collected in this special DVD collector's set. The Eddie Murphy Three-Pack Gift Set includes the films Beverly Hills Cop, Trading Places, and 48 Hrs. All three films have been transferred to disc in letterboxed format at the widescreen aspect ratio of 1.85:1, which has also been enhanced for anamorphic playback on 16x9 monitors. All three films also include the original English language soundtrack remixed for playback in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Surround. Alternate French language audio appears on Beverly Hills Cop in Dolby Digital Stereo, and in Dolby Digital Mono on the other two titles. Optional English subtitles also appear on all three discs. Bonus materials on the Beverly Hills Cop DVD include a commentary track from director Martin Brest, interviews with key cast and crew members, two short documentaries on the making of the film, a gallery of still photos, a map to the L.A. locations in the film, and the original trailer for the movie. The 48 Hrs. release includes the original theatrical trailer as a bonus, while no supplemental material is included with Trading Places.
