I really love the Element yoga series, and this one is really good, too. The only part I disliked was going from lunges to core building and back to lunges. In my classes, I'm more used to going from lunges to core to restoratives on the floor, so it was a little rougher going back to lunges after some core building. Otherwise, I really enjoy Ashley's style and still found this to be a great workout!
