I've done some basic yoga, but was new to flow yoga. Ashley Turner is very good at continuous instruction and encouragement. The setting is beautiful and lush and I find the combination of the background and her gentle yet supportive voice one I look forward to every day now. Within a few days I was feeling some muscle tightening, even though none of the postures were too demanding for me. Whether this is your first yoga dvd or an additional type of practise, you will be glad you added it to your workout collection. I highly recommend Element: Yoga for Weight Loss.
I started this workout 2 weeks ago and it is addicting. I have never done yoga before, and I have been missing out. I feel energized and refreshed after doing this workout. I didn't know you could sweat from doing yoga. I can't wait to get home from work to start my workout. I recommend it to everyone I talk to. I have bad knees and it has been difficult to find a workout that doesn't leave my knees looking like basketballs. This is the perfect workout.
Instructor goes too fast from one move to another; also, a person better be quite flexible and familar with the terms and moves used in this DVD. If you have arthritic wrists, shoulders, neck, or feet, this video will be painful. You have to keep looking at the screen so it's difficult to keep one's head down in the various positions.
