woahhhhhhhhh! talk about hardcore... but it feels AWESOME! I highly recommend for someone looking to feel the burn while gaining some flexibility. The core workout is killer... definitely feel it in the abs the next day. Also note that Gwen trains pro football players so a lot of the stuff is focused on the shoulders... this is good and bad. Im hoping it will help with climbing. :) Would also be great for guys!
