I found the instruction hard to follow so I skipped to the routine. I started in a wheelchair sitting down and eventually stood up a little at a time until after a year or so I was on my feet going through the whole routine. Now after years, I can do the routine anywhere, it's in my head and I love it. Even with rheumatois arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporisis and several other illnesses but this routine keeps me going.
Hang in there! It is tough at the beginning to get through for those of us who are afflicted with arthritis and, or are out of shape....BUT! there is a compromise sit-down version that is useful at the end of the lesson. Take this in sessions to build to the whole routine. A bit fast to follow...but that's why we have a rewind button!
