Gilad runs a workout on the beach in Hawaii with beautiful people and beautiful scenery, doing step aerobics on the sand and near the water to the music of a Hawaiian steel guitar. The energetic aerobic workout will keep viewers' hearts pumping healthily for a brisk 40 minutes. This workout got a little tougher towards the end, but I felt it was definitely geared more towards beginners. There is a break between each section that I found to be a momentum killer. The scenery is beautiful, though.
This was a great workout. Gilad's instructions were easy to follow and the workout was challenging and got my heart rate up. I highly recommend this DVD for a excellent at home workout.
